To help the employees improve continuously, KOYE provides training and learning opportunities for every employee. The combination of internal training (ask some professionals of our company) and external training (send our staff out to attend some trainings) is applied in new employee training, on-the-job training, position-changing training and back-up personnel improvement training. And the trainings cover a full range of contents, such as cultural, professional skills, leadership, execution, etc.
